we are currently seeking a full time sales associate for our Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton, ON location.
Description
Yes this is the coolest job ever, a retail position in the movie industry! We are Canadian owned and with our hard work and dedication we are 7 stores strong in our 20 years in business.
Your goal is to maximize the sales and profitability of the store by assisting the store manager with achieving and surpassing the store's sales, productivity and efficiency targets. You will help provide the coaching and leadership required to ensure the development and success of store teams in the areas of customer service and operations management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service
- Strong sales background
- Passion for customers
- Available for days, evenings and weekends
- Understand and comprehend a retail sales environment
- Willing to learn and take constructive criticism
- Ability to drive sales and motivate staff
- Have regular access to a vehicle - people using the bus need not apply
- Retail sales experience a must
