Synopsis
A redneck officer leads a squad of African-American troops on a mission against the Nazis in this intriguing feature from director George McCowan (Frogs, The Magnificent Seven Ride!). Billy Dee Williams, Richard Pryor, Stephen Boyd, Robert Hooks, NFL star Roosevelt Grier, and one of Hollywood's great character actors Paul Stewart, fill out the cast. Co-written and produced by television legend Aaron Spelling as a pilot for a possible series, this forgotten war drama will strike you as being much more than a garden variety Blaxploitation flick.
