HOW TO ENTER

1. Sign-up for our Movie Club e-blast online at www.cinema1.ca/newsletter or sign-up in-store by filling out a ballot at the counter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition is open to everyone in Canada aged 16 or older except for Cinema 1 employees and contractors (and their families) and will run through Cinema 1’s e-blast subscriber list. No purchase necessary.
2. One entry per email address will be considered. By signing up online or submitting a ballot in-store, the entrant gives Cinema 1 permission to enter the provided email address to our e-blast subscriber list, to contact the entrant if selected as a winner, and no other purpose. The entrant can unsubscribe from Cinema 1’s mailing list at any time and all ballots will be destroyed once the competition is over. Cinema 1 accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete or incorrect.
3. The prize pack consists of one Blu-ray™ copy of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (releasing June 25), one Squishy Keychain, one Iron-On Patch, one set of Car Window Vinyls, one Lenticular Keychain, one Floaty Pen, one Pencil Case, one Slime Notebook, one Water Bottle, one Glow in the Dark Slime, one Squishy, one Drawstring Bag, one Night Light, one Fridge Magnet Bottle Opener, one Tankard, and one Bobblehead courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc. (“Prize Provider”). A total value of $350.00.
4. The prize pack will be awarded to one entrant via random sweepstakes draw. The selected entrant must answer a skill-testing question prior to winning as per the Canadian Competition Act.
5. The prize will be available for pick-up in-store or shipped out from Cinema 1 HQ via Canada Post.
6. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be handed in because of any technical fault or other reason.
7. The promotion will run until 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Monday, June 24, 2024. The winner will be contacted by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
8. Entrants may be contacted via email by Cinema 1 regarding this offer. If no response is received from the winner within one week of our first contact attempt, we cannot guarantee that the prize will still be available.
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned to Cinema 1 for store credit or monetary value.
10. The Sweepstakes Entities, Prize Provider, and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and each and all of their respective parent corporations, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, licensees, assigns, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, hardware or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; any other Sweepstakes related materials which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree that the Releasees shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or injury to persons, or property loss or damage, relating or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Proof of attempting to submit an Entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible or incomplete Entries, Entries in excess of the limits stated above and mechanically reproduced Entries will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent, or deceptive Entries or acts shall render its Entrant(s) ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.
