Synopsis

Fear has no place where there is a mission to complete- it's time for "one last job". A compilation of action-packed movies featuring stealth missions, thrilling twists and blazes of gunfire. Hustle and Heat (2003): Craig Ross Jr.'s action thriller Hustle & Heat features Duane Martin as PI "Rad" McCrae who is on the trail of the man who murdered his lifelong friend, Benjamin (Jadakiss), an up-and-coming rapper. Weapons expert Lisa (Vivica A. Fox) partners with McCrae and assists him in his quest for justice. At the center of his investigation is Benjamin's former producer, B. Free (Michael Taliferro), who controls quite a powerful business that often deals in illegal activities. The Take (2007): Music video director Brad Furman teams with Josh and Jonas Pate, the creators of the NBC series Surface, for this independent drama tracing an armored truck driver's efforts to track down the thief who shot him during a heist, changing his life forever. John Leguizamo stars as the driver who must endure months of rehabilitation before setting out to track down the gunman, and Tyrese Gibson plays the man responsible for pulling the trigger. Rosie Perez and Bobby Cannavale co-star in a thriller that was shot guerrilla-style in the Latino neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Connor's War (2006): A blind CIA agent on the verge of retirement is given back his eyesight for forty-eight hours in order to complete one final mission, only to discover that the danger is greater than he ever could have anticipated, in this slam-bang action extravaganza starring Naughty by Nature hip-hopper Anthony "Treach" Criss. Connors (Criss) has earned quite a reputation around the CIA for his bravery in the face of danger and honorable heroics; unfortunately his high profile actions have also found him making some high profile enemies as well. When Connor discovers that he was never meant to return from his latest mission, he enlists the aid of a beautiful doctor (Nia Peeples) in turning the tables on his would-be killers and seek revenge on the high-ranking officials who would attempt to orchestrate his demise. Simon Sez (1999): Former basketball star Dennis Rodman stars in this action-and-espionage thriller as Simon, an Interpol agent called into action when the daughter of a close friend is abducted. In order to track down the kidnappers, Simon seeks the assistance of a pair of monks (John Pinette and Ricky Harris) who are experts in computer sleuthing. Simon Sez was Rodman's first solo starring vehicle, following his dramatic debut alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in Double Team. The Contractor (2007): Wesley Snipes plays an ex-assassin set up by his old bosses and pursued through London in this action thriller. Former sniper James Dial (Snipes) has carried around the ghosts of his last botched job ever since he failed to kill the leader of a worldwide terrorist group. After leaving the business and enduring a long exile in Montana, word gets out that the British government are holding the same terrorist in captivity; Dial is wooed back via the opportunity to make good on his initial failure. What Dial doesn't know is that he'll soon be framed for murder, putting him on the run in London's underbelly with the British police hot on his heels. Alone and distrustful, Dial claims only one ally: a twelve-year-old girl who aids him in hunting down proof of his innocence.
