Sunflower (DVD)

Sunflower is the moving story of the Zhang family - father, mother and son - across three decades in a rapidly changing Beijing. The son'sname means "Facing the Sun": a name his father gave him because of the sunflowers growing outside their home. Centered on the tensions andmisunderstandings between the father and son, the film is told in three parts:1976, 1987 and 1999.
